If you're anything like me and a billion other buna/coffee lovers, You probably have cobwebs still lingering in your brain until that first cup of morning buna/coffee. It's like putting the key in the ignition to start your engine. An article in this month’s Journal of Nutrition along with a plethora of medical journals, suggests that caffeine in coffee might offer a boost in thinking skills, which I happen to agree with.
All I can say is, you might get your feelings hurt if you bother me prior to my morning cup of buna/coffee. I seem to work, think, communicate and feel better afterward.
